After 14 days, 12 shows and 3033 miles, the Jason Parker Quartet West Coast Tour is complete! It was a truly amazing experience, better than I could’ve imagined, and I’m sure I’ll be processing it for a long while. I will share more with you on my blog, but for now here’s a couple of photos from the road:

There are so many more memories, and lots of video, audio and pictures. I’ll be posting regularly for the next couple of weeks so check back frequently.

But wait…there’s more!!!

We have our big homecoming show at Lucid Jazz Lounge in Seattle tomorrow (Friday) night! The music has deepened and grown by leaps and bounds during the tour and I’m excited to share our fire and passion with friends and family at our favorite venue. We hit at 9:30pm and I hope to see you there. Come welcome us home and help us celebrate a successful tour!

Hope to see you soon!

It feels great to play the same music with the same band night after night doesn’t it? Congrats on the tour. Hope you have a great homecoming show.

Jason,

It’s so much fun to be traveling with you guys in spirit through these photos and blog entries! Congratulations on a great tour and have a great show tonight; you can’t beat the focus and tightness that a tour can bring the music!

After 3000 miles you guys must have been storing up a little bit of that funky energy from all of your shows, and then put it all together to give an all out great performance at Lucid for the finale. It was fantabulous! Josh, Evan, and D’vonne, I didn’t get a chance to meet you guys but I was impressed by everyone’s solos. Jason, Jazz on man..Jazz on!!
