Jason Parker Quartet Spring 2010 West Coast Tour

The Jason Parker Quartet hits the road on May 6, 2010 for our first ever tour! We’ll be traveling up and down the West Coast hitting some great jazz clubs along the way. I’ve been wanting to take this band on the road for three years and I’m thrilled to finally be able to do it!

As you can imagine, the financial realities of touring a jazz band are pretty grim. Most of the shows we’ll play are door gigs with little possibility of earning us a decent wage. Sure, I hope to sell a good number of CD’s along the way, but even if we sell a ton it’d be hard to cover our expenses.

So I’m asking for all the help I can get in the form of a Micropatronage Program. Follow that link to see what I mean.
