I’m so happy to announce the release of my new CD with the Jason Parker Quartet! Five Leaves Left: A Tribute To Nick Drake is officially released today. It features our take on all ten songs from from the legendary British singer/songwriter’s debut album, played by my working band of three years, Josh Rawlings on piano, Evan Flory-Barnes on bass and D’Vonne Lewis on drums, along with our special guests Cynthia Mullis on tenor sax and Michele Khazak on vocals.

This album is a dream come true for me. It’s been almost three years in the making and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Everyone involved put their heart and soul into it, and I think you’ll hear that when you listen to the music.

I’m selling both digital downloads and physical CD’s, so you have your choice of format:

  1. Digital Download – If you are going to immediately put the tunes on your computer or mp3 player, this is the option for you. I’m offering downloads on a “pay-what-you-want” basis. This means you can pay $1, or $5, or $25, or nothing at all – whatever you feel the music is worth to you. I believe that you are the only one who can determine what it’s worth and want to leave that decision up to you.
  2. Physical CD – If you’re old school like me and still want a CD to have and hold, this option is for you. I’m pricing the physical CDs at $12. If you choose this option you’ll receive an immediate download of all 10 tunes to listen to now. The CDs will be available in late-April/early-May and will come in a deluxe package, with original artwork by Michele Khazak and a beautiful booklet with complete liner notes about the music and band.

Grab your copy today by clicking here. This will take you to my store where you can either download and pay what you want or purchase the physical CD.

I would be honored if you added this music to your collection. And know that every dollar you spend on this music goes directly to those who made it. There’s no record label or middle man between you and us. Your support will allow us to continue to make music and live our dreams as working musicians.
